My question is How do you determine your life goals and aspirations? What factors influence your choice of dreams and ambitions? Have you ever wondered why many people in Ladakh aspire to become soldiers, engineers, doctors, or teachers? Why don't more people in Ladakh aspire to be businessmen, officers, scientists, or other professions? Dreams are often sparked by exposure to something inspiring or desirable, so how can we aspire to careers we haven't been exposed to? The lack of exposure to certain professions may limit our career aspirations. It's important to gain exposure to a variety of professions to expand our horizons and aspirations. I hold the belief that a dream always originates from seeing something that inspires you and committing to it.
