What is the purpose of life and being educated?

I have met numerous individuals in my lifetime, some of whom possess a great deal of knowledge pertaining to literature and the contemporary world. If they were to share this knowledge with others, it could have a significant impact on fostering change or growth in other individuals' lives. However, they often choose not to share this knowledge, or only do so for their own personal gain or financial benefit. I am left to ponder the purpose of acquiring knowledge if one does not share it with others. What is the point of learning, remembering, and carrying around a vast amount of knowledge if it is not shared with others? While I understand that not everyone shares the same perspective, I am left to wonder what the purpose of life is. If the goal of life is solely to survive and exist, then animals and uneducated individuals can also fulfill this purpose. What then distinguishes educated individuals and human beings from animals? I welcome your thoughts, as I believe there is much to learn from others.

  GLACIERS ARE MELTING IN LADAKH AND HIMALAYA  LADAKH AT RISK OF WATER SCARCITY IN FUTURE Glaciers in Ladakh and other parts of the Himalayan region are retreating more rapidly. A recent study on glaciers in Ladakh (Drang-Drung glacier) and local people states that glaciers in Ladakh are melting so rapidly over the year by years. It is a big concern for all Ladakhi people because the main source of water in Ladakh is glacier water. Almost every agriculture field and all wildlife creatures in Ladakh depend on water that is coming from glaciers. A study was done on Drang-Drung glaciers by experts states that glaciers are melting so fast. That study assessed the changes in the area, snout, and proglacial lake formation using earth observation data of 46 years from 1971 to 2017.
